Tracey Rutter, Theatres Matron
I have spent the majority of my career at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital since qualifying in 1999. I have always worked in within the Theatres Department and became the first registered nurse at the ROH to attain the First Assistant qualification.
From a newly qualified staff nurse I have progressed to theatre sister, Clinical Standards Lead to my new appointment of the Matron for Theatres. I am very proud to be a Nurse and to be part of a wonderful peri-operative team at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital.
It is great that the Trust has been acknowledged for our commitment to provide optimum patient care and achieve our CQC good status. I am looking forward to helping us achieving the Trusts Vision of becoming ‘the first choice for Orthopaedic Care.’
