It is necessary for us to reschedule some procedures. While we recognise this is disappointing, we will ensure cancelled appointments are rescheduled within 28 days of your original date to minimise delay.
You will be contacted before your planned procedure date to inform you whether it will proceed. After this call, you will receive a letter in the post with a new procedure date on it.
