Ellie has worked in the Research and Development Department since 2014 and is now the Lead Research Nurse for The Royal Orthopaedic Hopsital. Ellie has experience in conducting clinical research across the trust within all specialities, offering patients the opportunity to take part in clinical research during which the patient is always at the centre of their care pathway.
Ellie Keeling trained at Wolverhampton university and qualified as a Registered Adult Nurse in 2010. She started her career at Russell’s hall hospital on the trauma orthopaedic ward where she gained valuable skills in acute trauma care and found her passion in orthopaedics. Due to this interest she moved to The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in 2014. During her career she has gone back to university to gain a degree in orthopaedic care and completed a masters module in health assessment.
