Rebecca Furnival

Rebecca's role at the ROH is a Senior Named Nurse for Children and Adults and Domestic Abuse Lead. She has worked for the NHS for 16 years in a variety of roles as a bank healthcare assistant, Registered General Nurse in Trauma and Orthopaedic, Emergency Departments, Vascular and Renal surgical wards. In 2013 she qualified as Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN Health Visitor) which specialised in working with families with a child aged 0 to 5 to identify health needs as early as possible and improve health and wellbeing by promoting health, preventing ill health, and reducing inequalities. She is passionate about protecting vulnerable individuals and their families from neglect and or abuse by enabling and supporting them to live free from harm.
