Awarded to a Doctor, Clinician or Medic who has demonstrated outstanding clinical practice and patient care. The judging panel will seek evidence of the following criteria:

- Living the Trust values
- A commitment to inclusion
Awarded to an Operating Department Practitioner, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Extended Scope Practitioner, Pharmacist, Histopathologist, Radiographer, Healthcare Scientist and any other allied health professional who has demonstrated an outstanding contribution to quality, safety, optimisation and patient experience. The judging panel will seek evidence of the following criteria:
- Patient experience and safety
- Optimising practice
- Personal development
- Continuous improvement
- Living the Trust values
A commitment to inclusion
Awarded to a Healthcare Assistant, Health Care and Theatre Practitioners, Theatre Assistant, Imaging Assistant, Pharmacy Technician, Therapy Assistant and staff in similar roles who has demonstrated an outstanding contribution to patient care and the wider Trust. The judging panel will seek evidence of the following criteria:

- Improving patient experience
- Personal development
- Continuous improvement
- Living the Trust values
- A commitment to inclusion
Awarded to an employee in supporting services such as Estates, Facilities, Housekeeping, Portering, Catering (and similar roles) who has demonstrated an outstanding contribution to patient experience and the wider Trust. The judging panel will seek evidence of the following criteria:
- Efficiency, effectiveness and technical expertise
- Improving patient experience
- Personal development
- Continuous improvement

- A commitment to inclusion
Awarded to a secretary or administrator who has demonstrated an outstanding contribution to patient care and the wider Trust.
The judging panel will seek evidence of the following criteria:

- A commitment to inclusion
Awarded to a corporate services employee (IT, Finance, Governance, Health Informatics, Research, HR, Education and Training and roles in similar functions), who has demonstrated an outstanding contribution to Trust corporate services. The judging panel will seek evidence of the following criteria:

- Effective management and cost saving
- Personal development
- Continuous improvement

Awarded to a clinical team who provide an outstanding service to patients and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement. The judging panel will seek evidence of the following criteria:
- Exceptional teamwork and multi-disciplinary collaboration

- Continuous improvement
- Living the Trust values

Awarded to a non-clinical team who provide an outstanding service to patients and/or the Trust and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement. The judging panel will seek evidence of the following criteria:

Awarded to a team or individual involved in research or the design and delivery an innovation in their area of work. An innovation could be a new treatment or a modification to an existing process or pathway. The judging panel will seek evidence of the following criteria:

- Spreading learning

Awarded to a volunteer or voluntary team who have improved the Trust environment or experience and supported ROH to deliver patient services. The judging panel will seek evidence of the following criteria:
- Contribution and commitment to the NHS and Royal Orthopaedic Hospital
- Contribution and commitment to improving patient experience
- Living the Trust values
- A commitment to inclusion
Awarded to an apprentice, learner or student who has demonstrated a commitment to personal development and the values of the Trust. The judging panel will seek evidence of the following criteria:
- Personal development

- A commitment to inclusion
Awarded to an individual or a team that has gone above and beyond to support The Royal Orthopaedic Charity (ROC) by fundraising, volunteering, giving up their time to support or implementing a charity lead project.
The Charitable Funds Committee will seek evidence of the impact the individual or team has or will have on patients within the trust and the support given to ROC.
