Royal Orthopaedic Hospital staff survey results highlight a dedicated and compassionate workforce

The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (ROH) is pleased to share the results of the latest NHS Staff Survey, which reflect our ongoing commitment to providing safe, high-quality care to our patients.
The feedback from our staff demonstrates a strong team culture, a dedication to learning, and a compassionate approach to patient care. The survey, which gathers feedback from NHS staff across the country, showed that ROH continues to perform well in key areas, including teamwork, patient focus, and staff engagement.
Notably, the results indicate that staff feel confident in their ability to make a difference for patients, with a high percentage stating that patient care remains a top priority at ROH.
This progress indicated by these results is evident in new developments in our appraisals framework and flexible working and the ongoing work of our growing number of staff networks in making a difference to work culture, improving inclusion and giving everyone a voice that counts.

- Teamwork and collaboration: The Trust received positive feedback on team working and support from immediate managers, showcasing the strong relationships that help deliver outstanding care.
- Commitment to learning: ROH continues to invest in staff development, with results highlighting a supportive environment for professional growth.
