Anthony Sutherland

Tony has been anaesthetising all types of orthopaedic surgery for over 20 years . These can be highly complex operations and include spinal deformity/scoliosis straightening, revision joint surgery (replacing a damaged or infected joint replacement) and bone cancer surgery.​ He has a special interest in post-op pain relief using nerve blocks of the upper and lower limbs and has presented his findings in ultrasound guided regional anaesthesia at international meetings.
