Mark Brewster

Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon

Mr Brewster is a Consultant Hand Surgeon at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust. 

He qualified at Leicester Medical School in 2001. He gained his specialist training in the West Midlands with his final year comprising of a nationally selected hand surgery fellowship with both orthopaedic and plastic surgery specialists in Manchester. He began working at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust in 2012.

Mr Brewster specialises in wrist surgery, arthroscopy, arthritis (including joint replacements) and managing the more common hand conditions including Dupuytren’s disease, ulna nerve compression, carpal tunnel syndrome, base of thumb arthritis and trigger fingers.

He is an Associate member of British Society for the Surgery of Hand and the British Orthopaedic Association and an Advanced Trauma Life support instructor.
