Chris graduated from Keele University in 2005 and completed his MSC in 2017 from Keele University
Chris started his career at Dudley Group NHS FT as junior rotational physiotherapist and progressed through to senior physiotherapist in MSK and eventually Spinal specialist physiotherapist and team leader working in the Dudley pain management team alongside Pain consultants, specialist nurses and psychologists.
Chris then underwent a ‘extended scope practitioner’ training post at Kidderminster Hospital as part of Worcester Acute NHS Trust between 2012 and 2014 which included working in Back pain triage clinics and Pain management clinics as part of MDT.
Joined the ROH in 2014 with specialism in spinal pain and have been working in the Advanced Practice Physiotherapy Back Pain Clinics and Mr Rehousek’s spinal surgical clinics since 2014 and in First contact physiotherapy in primary care clinics since 2019. Trained in peripheral and spinal injection therapy.
Chris is interested in the management of complex spinal pain disorders with particular interest in radicular pain and myelopathy. Chris has also been guest lecturer at Birmingham University for undergrad physiotherapy and presented on cervical radiculopathy at national conference (Therapy Expo).
