Jenny’s first experience at The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital was as a first year student. Jenny returned in her final year on a management placement and working here as a student changed her perception of working within a hospital as a trained nurse.
Jenny was successful at getting a fixed term post on Ward 12 to cover maternity leave after being a student, and the rest as they say is history having grasped every opportunity that has presented itself. Jenny has progressed from a Staff Nurse, Sister, Department Manager to Workforce and Education Lead.
