Laura Clinton

Laura works within Division 1 as the Matron covering all the in-patient wards. Laura works closely with other members of the team to ensure the provision of high quality, safe services, excellent outcomes and patient experience. Laura qualified from the University of Birmingham in 2012 and has worked at The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital for her nursing career to date. Laura has worked across both the inpatient wards and the outpatients and community teams enabling her to understand the whole patient journey. This allows Laura to be able to improve the patients’ experiences and journey to be the best it can be. Laura is passionate about ensuring that staff are supported and empowered to deliver safe and high-quality patient care and experience.
