We are currently reviewing how we provide patients with health information throughout their journey at The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital. This project focuses on improving the way we share important health details at each stage of a patient's experience, with the aim of making this information more accessible and easier to understand for everyone.
As part of this review, we want to make sure that all patients can easily access the information they need, when they need it, in a format that works for them. This could include written information, digital resources, or other options to ensure the information is clear and easy to follow.
To help shape this process, we are looking for patient advocates to get involved by taking part in focus groups and providing feedback on their experiences. Your input will be invaluable in helping us understand what works well and what could be improved.
If you’re interested in joining the project, or if you have any feedback or suggestions to share, we would love to hear from you.
