Sexual Health
Free and confidential sexual health advice and information in your area.

Homelessness
St Basils works with young people aged 16-25 in the West Midlands to enable them to find and keep a home, grow their confidence, develop their skills, increase opportunities and prevent homelessness.

Bereavement support
Cruse offers bereavement support and information via telephone, email and website support.

Young carers
Birmingham Carers Hub offers a wide range of support and services to carers in Birmingham, such as Group support, Emotional wellbeing activities and fun breaks/activities.

Counselling
Youth counselling service provides a range of talking therapies tailored for young people 11-25. They offer 1:1 support, therapy groups and online groups.

Youth Advice Hub
A safe and accessible space open to young people aged 13 to 25 to drop in (see website for allocated Drop-in times) and access information, advice, and guidance to support their wellbeing and seek help when they need it.

Sleep
