We're upgrading our telephone system
We’re making it easier for you to reach the right department quickly and efficiently.
Our new telephone system features voice recognition technology, allowing you to say the name of the department or service you need and be directed there automatically, no more waiting on hold for assistance.
The upgrade is planned to take place from 1 December - 4 December. During this time, there may be some disruption to our call functions. We would advise you to try calling back at a later time or emailing the relevant department, you can find these details via our Services and Information page.
