Orthotics service moving to new location

We are relocating our Orthotics service to a new address in Kings Norton, from 1 July. 

The Orthotics service, provided by Opcare, is moving to a new site in Kings Norton which will continue to provide a high quality, safe service to patients. 

The new space will provide:

  • Free car parking
  • A larger waiting area
  • A dedicated paediatric waiting area to support our younger patients
  • 4 treatment rooms
  • Baby changing facilities and one accessible toilet

The new space will create a high quality environment for patient recovery and for colleagues to work in.

 

 

ROH orthotics service, provided by Opcare, will relocate to a new address from 1 July 2026.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Will my appointment change?

Yes, your appointment location will change from the 1st of July. All appointments from this date will be held at the new location.

2. Do I need to do anything before my appointment?

No, you do not anything. Please just take note of our address and new contact number.

3. I use patient transport, do I need to do anything?

Yes, when arranging your transport, please ensure they are aware of the new address. We will ensure when they are called to collect you they are aware of the new address

4. Does the department have accessible features?

Yes, there is step free access into the department and wheelchair accessible doors.

5. Are there dedicated spaces for wheelchair users?

Yes, and there is also one accessible toilet.

6. Will the contact details remain the same?

The email address will remain the same.
