  1. Please wait for 7 days after your appointment for us to set you up on the app
  2. You will receive a text message inviting you to register your account or click the link below.
  3. Download the myrecovery app via the app store
  4. Start your recovery journey!

Signing up for the app is simple and hassle-free. Just click the link below, and you'll be taken to a secure webpage where you can easily enter your NHS number and date of birth. Once you've done that, you'll be ready to access the app
