The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital’s (ROH) Confirm and Challenge workforce project has been shortlisted in the Workforce Team category at the annual Nursing Times Workforce Awards.

We’re delighted to have been shortlisted in these awards, recognising the significant impact this workforce initiative has had on nursing recruitment at ROH. The Confirm and Challenge workforce initiative helped us rethink our recruitment approach for nursing colleagues and resulted in a more secure, trained workforce, and one that is representative of the communities we serve.”
The winners will be announced at the NT Workforce Awards 2025 on Wednesday 26 November in London.
